We join Race to the Bottom Street Theatre

Waitemata Unite joined a protest organised by the Auckland Action Against Poverty on Budget Day. We took part in some street theatre of a Race to the bottom of all the different sections of society. The lively protest was held outside the conference rooms in the Sky Tower, where the National Party was holding a conference about its budget. The single mother won the race!
