The changes are taking place in three stages: in August 2012, October 2012, and July 2013.
August 2012 - Youth Service
Youth Service, the first part of the Government’s Welfare Reform programme, started on 20 August 2012
(WHERE YOUTH ARE FORCED INTO FULL TIME TRAINING BY PRIVATE PROVIDERS, EVEN MOTHERS WITH VERY YOUNG BABIES)
(WHERE YOUTH ARE ONLY GIVEN POCKET MONEY, IF THERE IS ANYTHING LEFT AFTER GOVT HAS SPENT IT ALL ON LANDLORDS AND SUPERMARKET CARDS)
October 2012 - work obligations (HAPPENING NOW!!!)
From 15 October 2012 there are changes to some benefits to encourage and support (ie FORCE) more people into (LOOKING FOR) (NON-EXISTANT) work. (OR FORCING PEOPLE TO TAKE UNSUITABLE WORK FOR OUR HEALTH OR FAMILIES, THAT THE GOVERNMENT DEEMS SUITABLE MERELY BECAUSE IT FITS THEIR REQUIRED HOURS) Paid work can provide a better future for more New Zealanders and will help them become financially independent.
July 2013 - welfare system changes
These changes will simplify the benefit system and bring in a clearer focus on work.
